I commissioned a platinum and diamond bracelet. From start to finish Ruena was brilliant in establishing what I wanted and made sure I was happy with sizing. Could not recommend Jamie at Bond Jewellery enough. He has made us feel so at ease and looked after throughout the whole process of picking our engagement and wedding rings. His attention to detail and pride in his work is so apparent and after our first meeting we knew we could trust him to make my dream engagement ring. It is absolutely beautiful, so so perfect. My husband and I have purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands from Bond Jewellery and couldn't be happier. The service, advice and expertise throughout has been second to none and we highly recommend. We travelled from Surrey on a number of occasions to meet with Ruena who was has been fantastic throughout. She held our hand every step of the way from advising on design and style (including what was and wasn't possible,), all the way through to additional considerations/enhancements when one ring was in production which changed the end design. Ruena kept us updated on our bespoke rings throughout their journey, even sending pictures and explaining the process. We couldn't recommend the team at Bond more highly.

I have had two experiences with Bond - both have been exceptional. The first was a bespoke birthday gift for my daughter with a lightening speed turnaround in line with my ridiculously tight timeframe. The second was a beautiful bespoke ring for my 25th Wedding anniversary. Ruena and Jamie are both incredibly knowledgeable, personable and kind and the workmanship is amazing. My experience, on both occasions, has been superb and I look forward to many more visits to Bond, thank you.
