Decided to go in this restaurant after going to the Sea life centre with my partner and boys, it looked so appealing from the outside so was expecting some quality food!! A young man took our drink orders which went smoothly, then we where given the menus that to be honest where very scraggy they really needed replacing! Then a young girl with a sore on her chin that would have been fine if she hadnt kept touching it! Yuk not good hygiene! That my 8 year old son noticed and he didnt want her to serve his dinner! I asked her a few questions that she didnt understand her English was limited, I asked for mushy peas or a side dish of veg but she couldnt answer! My children had nuggets and chips they where very average! The kids menu had a drink with it but the didnt get them one I had to chase them up! Then to top it of my meal came there was 3 small pieces of dry overcooked chicken with chips and salad, I cut one piece and couldnt chew it I had to spit it out! I couldnt even cut through the second piece, we had also ordered a ceaser salad and the chicken was chewy in that to. I sent them both back and refused a replacement! My partners steak was under average and his salad looked drab! So overall I would give the food 2/10 I felt bad that I let my kids eat theres after as I dont think the chef knows what hes doing! If any one has given this place 5 stars they must have had a different chef!! The girl who brought our food to us didnt even know what mustard was, so we didnt even get any of that! I had to complain to the young man as he was the only one who understood us! So completely and utterly disappointed and would never return! And to top it off it was my sons 6th birthday no wonder they where empty compared to other food places round there. Obviously I didnt pay for mine in the end. Looks can be deceiving
