Music where we sat was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. Not everyone wants to listen to loud music in a restaurant. The food was good. When it came to getting the bill, I asked the staff member for the bill, who then decided to go have a chat with her colleagues for some time. Would have taken her 2 mins to get the bill and then have a chat afterwards. Had she done that, I would have tipped no problem.

First time experience of Frankie and Bennys and the food was fantastic. Fran was amazing, nothing too much trouble, ensuring we had everything we needed for our meal and recommending dishes and drinks, thank you Lauren and Jodie :)
