    poor customer services attempt to say that i owe them money but won't take my money when i try to pay and then threaten legal action against me and threaten to send baylifts unless i call them and talk to them but when i attempt to do so they can't answer the phone or hang up on me what a pathetic excuse for a utlities company

    Please pay attention to the negative reviews. A lot of the positive reviews are left by people offered money off bills in exchange for a review - I used to be one of these people.

    If I could rate this 0 stars, trust I would because this is the worst WiFi service ever. It usually caters to students in student halls and some apartments but oh, my. This is THE worst internet service, do not even think about joining and if you find out you have glide in your accommodation, I suggest you look for a new place to live. I work from home and I have issues with this WiFi daily, even when Im not working and Im watching tv or doing some assignments for university, its actually the worst. I cant tell you how many times I have called this company to fix up lol.

    We had serious issues with Glide over our Gas supplier, if anyone is considering this option as a solution to bill management use with caution: make sure you know exactly who your providers are, we spent nearly 3 years asking Glide who our Gas supplier was who didnt know or gave us providers that werent supplying our property.
