We were originally with BT for our phones and internet, and it was costing us a lot of money. We decided to speak to Spitfire to see what they could offer. They were very professional and careful to understand our needs and never tried the 'hard sell' technique - just offering us what we needed. Due to our location, someone came out to ensure we ordered all the kit needed. Since having Spitfire (for over 2 years) we have been very happy with the phone and broadband products. Periodically, Spitfire get in touch (with our agreement) just to touch base to see if there is anything else needed, or to mention other options that we may find useful, but again, no hard selling. This was extremely useful since most of us are working from home due to Covid restrictions, and we now get voicemails sent to an email address, and could even take and use our office phones at home, just as if we were in the office. Overall, we are very happy we changed providers and the service we are receiving from Spitfire.

Excellent customer service and a great product that gave us a solution to poor broadband spends and connectivity. Our advisor Jared, listened to our current issues and helped us find the best solution for our business.

Broadband is ok when it works. Promised no downtime when purchasing the 3 year contract. 1 year in, we had to get another backup line installed, as it goes down for 24hours at a time. Moved our phone services elsewhere after 12 months, as we couldn't cope with the lack of concern to get issues sorted asap. We are a working business in 2021!! Phone system and router sent out with no instructions, and no set up support. Whilst I do have my wits about me to sort these issues, its very difficult googling information you would expect to get from your telephone support company. Probably the last contract of more than 12 months I ever sign!! We pay router support monthly, but they avoid incurring any costs their end at the expense of OUR downtime, and now the router needs a 'few seconds configuration changes' they need to charge us extra!!
