Scam company that fought for a clear rear end bump. It would be better to be hit by uninsured driver then someone insured by this scam

Aleah from LV was incredibly unhelpful. Was becoming very irate on the phone call also talking over me. Was told the excess on repairs would be waived as it was a non fault claim. She even listened to the call I was making the claim on and it details that the excess would be waived. Very Unhelpful team. After speaking with Aleah as she was so unhelpful I asked to speak to a manager he was called Nathan, again very unhelpful. Will not be using LV again and will definitely be making sure all friends and family stay away from this sham of a company.

Spoke to a few helpful people but then everything that I was told was overlooked. I was told over the phone and via email to keep my taxi receipts and i will be paid for them and to continue getting taxis till a courtesy car becomes available (been over a week) sent in my receipts and was later told that I wont be paid for taxis and they admitted I was told that and have it in writing but can no longer have it because its too much for them to pay. They wont get my car looked at till another week or so and also have no courtesy cars so I am expected to keep paying for taxis even though I have paid to have a courtesy car on my policy. Rude and unapologetic about it too. Very dismissive and patronising. Never known a company to agree to something and give it in writing clearly and then go back on their word within an hour or so. AVOID!
