Really very bad customer service I bought insurance from southdowns and after while claim they asking different different documents and people are not train on this company. No good management.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to use Axa insurance .Very poor customer service.Taking too long to answer call was on the call over 2 hours then someone just disconnected my call. Had car accident over 2 weeks still theyre not able to find an any repairer for my car. When I found one theyre saying cannot use that one because its not in their contract but theyre contractors are not taking my car as they dont have any space in their garage. After speaking of their 4 contractors they all are saying same thing. Such a shame. Will never go back to this company again.

Had a interview yesterday made me wait 20 25 mins women that was doing the interview never bothered to came down then had a women say somebody will be with me then 5 mins later a guy came saying they weren't organised went back then 5 mins later came back was very unprofessional the only lady that was nice was the receptionist
