        Rubbish Service! Stay Away!! This company cancelled my mom's car insurance after this company alleged one of her direct debit payment did not go through, after contacting the Halifax we was informed Swinton did not attempt taking the direct debit. They cancelled her insurance and charged her 80. When I spoke to there customer services to log a complaint, i was told the complains department is closed till the end of the month. Haa WHAT A BUNCH OF CLOWNS they conned my mom out of a no claims bonus and got a cancellation fee.

        I have had insurance through you for many years and it's been really good up until now. I called twice to discuss renewal and spoke to the same person who was not at all helpful and didn't seem to know what she was doing, never had that problem before.
