We love this place its the just the right size where your able to sit and monitor your child while sitting very clean and the staff are kind and always helpful

Had it not been for the Manager/supervisors attitude, this place would have got 5. I only asked how fresh the cakes were, something I believe I'm entitled to do as I'm the one who will be paying for it. I liked the look of all of them, however, it seemed as though I put her at a imposition in asking how many days old all six cakes were. I proceeded to buy the freshest one but unfortunately, this will be my last purchase here. Good customer service doesn't cost a thing. When I arrived at the children's party, I was really impressed and asked a polite member of staff about the package prices. Due to that uncomfortable interaction, I shall hold my child's party elsewhere. Positives: Polite and smiling bar staff Hot food tasted fresh and delicious. Negatives: Highlighted above. Maybe she didn't like my face, seemed to be nicer to other people! (I was actually very polite) Very quick to clear party food away even though there was over half an hour left until party ending. The children may have wanted to eat again after playing. Would I recommend? I think I shall stay neutral on that.
