Visited the celebrity restaurant for the first time and Id have to say that I had a fairly good experience as it was my first time visiting based on a friends recommendation. Me and my friend ordered two of their signature appetisers, the mango and chilli fish which tasted pretty average, personally speaking there was no hint of mango and wouldnt recommend either, and the second appetiser was Aloo Roshun aur Mushroom which I thought was bland and not flavourful. In terms of main courses, we ordered the Beef Aloo Bagar which I found quite tasty was quite boldly flavourful, and the other signature main course was the garlic chilli chicken which tasted quite nice but couldve been more better if it was spicy and if the mushroom sauce was more stronger to bring out the flavour of the chicken more. We also had poppadoms with four different types of sauces and I have to say that I loved all three of the sauces with the exception of the yoghurt filled one. The peshwari naan was sweet and so was the garlic naan on top. Overall, our experience was great for first timers and I would recommend this place for anyone that is willing to try something different, dishes with bold flavours and experience fine dining in the heart of city centre with a view of the lovely canals overlooking the sunset. P.S, our server named Tariq was hands on throughout his entire service, was very thoughtful and helpful, as well as going above and beyond to make our evening worthwhile.
