        I was recommended to see Shokat a few years ago as I was struggling with a gambling addiction, sending my life and mental health into destruction. Thankfully after, a few sessions with Shokat I found a new perspective on life and was able to find a deeper meaning within myself. It was a slow and arduous road to recovery and whilst I would never say that I am cured or no longer addicted to gambling, I have certainly become a better person having found the inner strength to overcome my demons. Thank you Shokat for providing me with the path to find a new perspective on life and I recommend anybody to try his techniques for all forms of addiction. Thanks, Ed

        Shokat is a true angel. Don't let these negative reviews from Andrea and her friends put you off seeking help. Shokat works from his home and his wife is always present. I have never felt uncomfortable being with him.

        Shokat Ali is a God Send!!! I first came across the Life Principles website in 2012, when I was having issues with an unhealthy relationship with alcohol. I phoned Shokat on the Sunday, paid a deposit on the Thursday, and travelled to the clinic the following Sunday for my session. It's now been 8 years since I've last consumed alcohol...!! I have no urge, desire or want for it. I still socialize and have fun!! My health has improved massively. I have also lost around six stones or more in fat, exercise more regularly, and think much more clearly. I am living testament to Shokat and his work at Life Principles, and would not hesitate to recommend his amazing services!
