        Booked for the following day but then failed to appear. Apparently, the booking was "lost".

        Had to get a plumber in because the drains were blocked. He was very late (said 9ish am on the phone, arrived at 2.30pm). Spent 5 minutes looking at (not even touching!) the drains and let some water run down the sink just to tell me "your drain is blocked" (erm... yes, thats why I called you). Said he couldnt fix it and that it is a very complex, expensive job. Was pretty annoyed that I had to take off a day without resolving my issue and ordered an auger rod for 15 quid off amazon, which arrived in the evening. Took me 30 minutes to clear the drains. It was smelly and dirty, but they are clear now. I am a woman with minimal plumbing experience, but I could fix it while Dyno Rod couldnt. Just saying...
