Bellway

It appears that all the houses on the Tidbury Heights estate have been fitted with extremely poor quality and cheap plastic vents which allow constant cold air to enter each and every house via the extractor fan. Every single resident should check their extractor fan and complain to Bellway. I notified them by email well over a year ago and they never responded to the request. I chased it up again and last week they said they had no comments about this in my plot file which means they do not keep accurate and up to date records of your plot. I also included the email from last year in the email i sent which they refused to acknowledge, so I interpret that as them telling me that I am a liar despite having the emails as proof and if that's not the case then how else should it be perceived Bellway? My advice to anyone that buys a Bellway home is, when you get the satisfaction survey, do not under any circumstances give more than 3 stars. You will only see many of the problems until after this point and they will not be in the least bit helpful but they will be dismissive. Everyone check their extractor fan for a constant cold breeze and let Bellway know. That is now 3 years of lost heat in the kitchen which explains why it is always so cold in that area of the house. I assume it was the mention of compensation for this loss of heat that caused them to be so abrupt and ignorant. #NHBC @NHBC Have no idea if '# or @ works on google but Ive added it anyway.
