        I feel they don't listen to the residents. When you have a complaint, they have to be told several times, before they take any notice. Even then its unlikely anything will be done. Repairs are done badly, just seem to be bodge jobs, just to save cash. In the end it will have to be done properly. So why not do it properly the first time.

        Appalled by the so called service that is offered to their tenants etc! The reviews about chasing for rent is accurate! But following through on their word with investigations, fixtures and basic communication is NON EXISTENT! I cannot comprehend how they are allowed to operate at such poor standards! Always want to do surveys about how good to they are and can manage to contact you for that.... But not when it comes to REAL ACTION WORK! It's a cowboy service!

        Since opening the housing list 2 years ago they are still failing to action applications. Constantly months behind on processing them. Further more the whole housing policy is beyond joke and discriminatory
