Staff weren't very helpful didn't seem to know what was going on. Customer service is very poor and when you try and phone them it's takes way to long to answer the phones (over 1hr today)

Iv been very disappointed with the service from Trident lately. Iv been for the last 23years . When iv needed a repair doing all iv had to do was to pick up the phone and arrange for someone to come out. For the past fortnight iv been ringing and ringing with no reply. Iv also left 2 messages on the website still no reply back. Last straw was I had to phone the emergency I was told by the engineer was to turn the water off by the toilet and was to use a bucket of water to help the waste down the bend . He will come out the next day . THAT WAS LAST THURSDAY!!. FRIDAY CAME AND WENT THE WEEKEND CAME AND WENT IM STILL USING A BUCKET TO FLUSH THE WASTE AWAY ! STILL NO ENGINEER. !! Iv had to take a day off from work to go to the office. A 45 minute drive to get there for a 5min chat to a very apologist office worker. Yes she was very helpful thank you dear iv forgotten your name sorry. She did arrange for the engineers to come out to my address. You pay your rent on time you expecta service, but they are quick enough to chase when your late paying your rent. That's my rant over I'm happy they have done the repairs now. Happy flushing
