What can I say they are the worst company I have ever delt with. They set up a direct debit when I moved into my new home never took any money I rang and asked if everything was ok. I was told it was and it was up to date that was why no money had been take. I checked twice then 12 months later I get a bill for the whole previous year and the following year as that had not done their jobs right. They told me to cancel the direct debit and set up a new one and that payment has been going out fine. I am now expected to fine a whole years servise charge and just give it to them and the servise is rubbish to top it off. Don't trust them they all lie they say they have called and sent emails and they haven't.

Over 8 weeks and still no response to a minor alteration, it's a joke, they want paying quick enough though, but they then appear to do very little in return, just show pending on the farcical property portal. Lots of breaches of design guidelines in the area and they do nothing. I'm beginning to wonder should we have applied in the first place as they clearly don't seem too interested in what we've asked for or what others are doing. EDIT: Just tried to call them to chase the application up, and after 11 minutes I am still on hold, An advisor will be with you ASAP ! I have hung up. WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON THERE? NOT GOOD ENOUGH BVT!
