    I was not happy with the item and they let me ship it back and gave me a refund even though I was out of the 30 day return. Called them and got through to someone immediately. Had some issues with PayPal as said ship back to China but they changed hes the address and did it to UK. Was really impressed with customer service

    There was little confusion over my cancelation and took time to get complete refund otherwise its good. Later Homary investigated into the issue and refunded completely.

    The product i ordered did not match my expectation of colour nor quality. I immediately asked to return it since there's "30 days back guarantee". The customer support is not reachable via phone - I get a message that they are busy and then I get disconnected. I've spoken to the support via email and asked since weeks for the return labels so that I can return the items but they always give evasive responses that they need to check with the supplier and that they will get back to me. It's now been 3 weeks and they haven't sent the labels even though I'm constantly reminding them! Avoid them at all costs!
