Noteworthy details: Me and my partner had a night out it was shocking 60 pound for the room then 60 pound deposit... Rude staff we won jackpot on fruit machine by the bar it wonmax maximum jackpot then doubled so it should of paid out 144 but only paid 77 so the hotel owe us 67 he said trust him now about 2 going on 3 weeks later many calls and told basically nonstop excuses to call back and he will pass machine owner number but no calls I just called apparently he's on holiday but if I call at 10 in the morning he should be there it's unfair and getting beyond a joke he's getting very rude the more I chase it he needs to pay it's only fair I am not hap

Won 144 on bandit only paid 77 quid out as guy must of emptied bandit sk you owe me 67 quid and you should pay me it's a machine in hour hotel pay the customer what he is owed its your job to take it up with company, its hour own bandit and your ripping people off, manager say we'll you won last thime u came so your not out of pocket, really is this guy for real stop emptying it as so it can't pay people there winnings quick enough to put Bar shutters up when I won do the right thing and pay me my 67 quid as I'm a good paying customer spent a lot of money on rooms and drinks ect
