        We didn't experience the service as it was a short stay. Less than 24hrs. The hotel has a wonderful lobby. The bar and restaurant give it a great feel. The florals and lights. I loved the atmosphere. Would book again if visiting Birmingham. Its a great location. Accessible too.

        Rooms: The rooms were cleaned to a very high speck in all areas by the room attendant Sylvia who was very professional. Food & drinks: The food was well cooked and the staff were very helpful in making us feel very comfortable, particularly, Selina, Brooklyn and front desk welcoming from Arshia.
