Absolutely brilliant stay. Free upgrade to a family sleeper which was appreciated. Room was situated on the lake side which was a beautiful view. Staff were brilliant on check in, and understood we'd made an extra booking for a one night stay after our original booking. Only compliant is the lack of nearby parking, 5-10 minute walk to NEC specific car park, bit expensive also if you're coming in and out but that's to be expected. Would highly recommend prebooking the NEC Express car park in advance as basically right next to hotel.

This hotel has a nightclub vibe. The staff are behind a busy and noisy bar. If you are half or even a third of my age, you may like this. The rooms are small, clean but a little stripped back for my taste. Very modern. I was dealing with a difficult situation and needed a room for some guests. The staff were helpful and kind, especially as it was extremely late when we arrived. Bar was still rocking though!
