        Myself and my Mother have been moved in here after we were evicted from our bungalow last week due to no fault eviction. My Mother is disabled and I'm her carer and we're in the ground floor disabled room. We are homeless not roofless so this is temporary accommodation for us until Sandwell Council find us a permanent accommodation. Sarah, Kelly and all the staff here go out of their way to help. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room and beds are spotlessly clean. If I could give 6 I would. But it's 5 from us.
