Minus if I could, has anyone received a parking fine since staying at this property - despite the fact this was not stated in the check in information. Hosts have lied and said this has been dealt with, DO NOT book here. It was unclean, collecting key was a nightmare, pictures are nothing like the property. I now face a CCJ and a huge fine - absolutely shocking customer service. At no point did the hosts tell me I needed to display a Permit, they lied and said they had contacted the new management company, I have now found out they made no communication whatsoever.

Awful experience 1. Staff arrived to an apartment with dirty sheets, no one came to sort this on the evening as requested or the following day as promised 2. Staff got back after meeting team for dinner with the fob to enter the building not working at all, no phone numbers to contact were available and no one responded to emails, had to ring other apartments in the building to get let in 3. Bed fell apart in the night, two female colleagues sharing a bed as the sheets for the sofa bed were dirty and as mentioned not replaced with clean ones even after raising the point several hours earlier as soon as they checked into the apartment 4. Have emailed several times asking for a refund, Zoom inns havent even acknowledged my email AVOID I would give 0 stars if I could

Awful place. Not at all as as advertised. Stinks of cigarettes, broken blinds, filthy carpets,moldy bathrooms, stained towels, dirty chipped plates, overflowing bins, rusty, broken radiators with suspect stains on them, broken TVs, definitely no sofa bed just a really uncomfortable sofa with stained cushions so cant sleep 6 ,creaking beds - all in a dodgy area. We booked for 15 nights but had to leave after 4. They wouldnt refund even though they re advertised to rent and apparently rented the property out - so not only did they keep our money but made more. There is no tumble dryer , no coffee machine, no sofa bed . The outside area bears no resemblance to the photos shown- and dont expect to be able to set a table like the one you see on their photos - none of that stuff exists. They couldnt be bothered replying to my emailed complaints. They did refund my security deposit some 9 business days after I left the country and only after I kept contacting them via Airbnb to do so. Do not book this property- its the pits.
