Dreadful experience as a wheelchair user for a dental appointment. Theoretically there is one blue badge parking bay but this is in practice invisible. The ramped entrances are both marked 'no entry, staff only', apparently due to covid, which despite being airborne no staff except one wear masks (though they do ask you to sanitise your hands, far less effective), so I did not feel welcomed or really know where to go. Then there is no x ray machine downstairs (mobile x ray equipment does exist for dental care, as does the Equality Act) and no lift, so if you need that for dental work you will not be able to be seen and will have to go back on the waiting list. Had I attended an NHS hospital none of this would have been an issue, but my care was outsourced. The staff were apologetic but this hardly makes up for the all round inaccessibility and nonsensical covid policy.

From my first visit Im amazed at such wonderful staff. I had my tooth removed today by Jamie. She made the whole experience so comfortable & so easy. Rachel her assistant was great too. Thank you to all the staff for going the extra mile

I have for the last 5 years hated wearing glasses so I tried contact lenses and could not get on with these, my next step was to research if there was anything I could do to correct my vision.laser surgery wasnt any good because of my age so I decided to see if I was able to have RLE surgery I booked a consultation with Mark wevill and was surprised I was able to go ahead . I was very apprehensive about the surgery but mark was so professional and always put me at ease with his friendly smile . The surgery went well it only took about 15 minutes. The recovery was very quick and two weeks later I had my second surgery, i did have a problem with the eye drops but I was able to get in touch with mark immediately and he swiftly fixed my problem nothing was to much trouble for him I can honestly say from the moment I went in for my consultation to being discharged it was nothing but a professional friendly caring service from the reception staff the nurses and especially mark ,If your thinking of RLE I would say go for it ! my vision is perfect Im so happy thank you all
