Wouldn't even give 1 star but had to to leave review This surgery is a serious joke took from Feb til late April to accept my application called me for a new patient appointment and surgery was closed when attended (pic below) everytime you call even if when opens at 8am you are over 30 in a queue and will wait around 3 hours to have call answered what a waste of time even being open.

I can see why it's one star poor service, don't answer the phone, waiting in line as 17th caller for half an hour, when they said they will call back the phone rang twice I didn't get a chance to answer I then get a message to say they tried to call me and to call back, disgraceful

Wouldnt even give this place 1 star but I had to to leave a review. Was told I had a telephone appointment at 4pm, they called me at 10am. Called back once I saw the missed call at 1pm. Stayed on hold until 6pm when I was finally at the top of the call queue. The useless person that answered my call hung up as soon as they answered. I am registering to a new surgery after this experience because this surgery will happily watch you deteriorate and die. What is the point of them if theyre not going to help anyone? Judging from other reviews, I definitely made a bad decision registering in the first place with them. If you love your life, youll find a new gp surgery.

If I could leave a minus that's what would have been given. Very rude and abrupt receptionist who behave jas if they are more medical trained than the doctors and know more about the level of pain your feeling. Always running late clinics waited 7mths before I wad finally given appointment and got 10mins with doctor and told I need to book another appointment if I needed my other issues to be dealt with. Absolute SH1TH0USE!!!
