Awesome place to work and be served as a customer. Always pleased. The friendly staff and of course warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend. Jay really goes above and beyond and ensure she gives neat tidy work with the hair design. Gifted hands and don't forget your little giveaways and discounts. Excellent!

I am not a person who wants to go the the hair dresser, for this reason I tend to be pushed and on this occasion the push came from my husband. He wanted a formal photo to be taken that he would be proud off. I went to Natural Hair Service to have my hair wash dyed and styled. I am fussy about what should and shouldn't be done to my hair and Jay addressed this during the stages of the process. I found Jay to be an extremely good listener who not only listened but, addressed the topic of conversation. Her memory recall during the conversation was amazing. I liked this because it showed she was interested in what I had to say. My hair is locs and it is not the easiest type of hair to deal with. Despite this Jay was patient throughout and she excelled in getting the job done. The outcome is that I had a fantastic result. I looked younger and had a great style. The intervention was very therapeutic. Thank you Jay, I will visit again
