        Tilia Homes have taken over Kier the previous developer but they are not any better than Kier. The construction has been taken ages to be finished despite them claiming for pandemic delay which is not true as they preferred to finish the buildings on the unoccupied side so they could sell them and get the put the money into their pocket. They should have finished the construction first where people had already settled so the council could have paved the road which they chose not to do it. it is a shame after living more than one years the area still doesn't look like a newly built area. P.S. The lady who has given 5 start review and gave such feedback should've be working for Tilia probably, IDK ?!
