Really disappointed with how unprofessional they are in getting the certification across. Had to get NICEIC involved to get them to get the certificate across. The work as well required 4 visits in total, because they did not set it up or explain how to use it as an end user. I had to fork out of my own pocket money for a mistake they had made with the NVR system. I had to keep chasing for weeks to get them to come and do the work and then chasing for MONTHS to get the certificate across which is a legal. Really hoped for more if they are qualified and are meant to be professional. Service: Security system installation
