The meridian centre has literally changed my life. By having a safe space where I can know I can be open and honest about my own experiences and grow as a person. I have achieved the goals I wanted to from therapy and more. I cant Fault the manager of the centre who supported me to find the right therapist and took the time to look at what would be right and affordable for me and continues to be a friendly presence each week when I arrive. My therapist has been wonderful from the start and has helped me learn about myself and helped me discover a deeper understanding of myself and continues to do so weekly. If you are looking for a place to start your own therapy journey, look no further. Wishing you as much success as me.

I'm actually writing this on behalf of a friend of mine. I would give them zero stars if I could. I feel so bad for him as he's utterly desperate for help. He was recommended to them by three people from his GP surgery. Saying that they're good, quick to respond and you can have as many sessions as you like. Sounds great. At first he asked a number of questions through email and they got back to him promptly. he had a consultation that he paid for. They seemed to really want to help. he was told, 'I'll respond to you within two to four weeks time to let you know if we can help you, but if you need me then you can contact me through phone or email.' he contacted them six times during that time and they have blatantly ignored him. They just take your money and that's it. It's disgusting. They are a private practice and should treat people with a higher care. But no. There is no care or respect. His mental health has gotten worse over time and this has raised his anxiety levels even more now! I can't believe they are getting away with this. They are still dishing out paid consultations and doing the same to them as well.
