        Ordered a thermopile it takes a week and still not arrived. Called them and was told you have to check that with Royal mail. I have no information about the shipment how do I check with Royal mail. Also that is your the seller responsibility to make sure the goods arrive to buyer. Although I received my post almost every day. What an untrue reply from the owner, how do i track it as I have no details about the delivery. asked for tracking and never sent to me. now make me thinking have you really posted the item?

        I cant recommend this company highly enough. My order arrived within 24 hours, the staff were beyond helpful on the phone helping me find the right part. The service was swift and effortless, they are without a doubt my go to for parts now. Thanks again guys
