Currently taking them to court. Says it all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The sales rep David King (if that is his real name) blocked my number then lied when I called from another number.. Their phone number is really to a call centre that don't work for the company and no one is ever available to talk. They had to change their fb page to not show reviews or comments.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE OWNERS ARE TWO CROOKED INDIVIDUALS THEY RIPPED OFF GOOD FRIEND OF OURS AIR PUMP AND WONT REFUND HIM LOST INDUSTRY ACCREDITATION DUE TO POOR SERVICE AND SHADY DEALINGS CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION BY TRADING STANDARDS

I have had three lots of work done by this company since 2017. Seemed ok but company avoided sending me relevant paperwork despite numerous requests. All work was guaranteed with lifetime support. Started having problems with solar thermal in April 2019 water was contaminated by the fluid installed by Smart Performance. I was advised not to use the hot water at all. Smart Performance agreed to replace the tank at a further cost of 1200. I agreed and a date for replacement was scheduled for May. Scheduled appointment was cancelled and after that I could not get any response from the company by phone, text or email. In July the tank burst and my house was flooded and I lost all the expensive fluid that had been installed by the company. Beware and do not use Smart Performance. They have a super whistle and bells website but it means nothing. Their head office is a serviced office facility and the people that answer the phone do not work for Smart Performance. The Bristol office does not exist.....I could go on but hope Ive said enough to warn you off!

I am in the middle of renovating my house I bought last year and one of the jobs that needed doing was to upgrade my electric night storage heaters for something more modern and efficient. I looked at several options but the Air Source system from Smart Performance looked great and the numbers make sense. The initial survey was informative and there was no pressure to sign up. I love the Air Source performance upgrade that makes it 35% better than standard air source. It works by moving the heating more efficiently around my home. Really made sense and works really well. The engineers who came to install the system were friendly and professional and they demonstrated how to set up with the control pad clearly and easily. The customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend. One big job done, a few more to go
