Dwell Home-care took over the care package for my mom a few months ago when her previous care provider served notice due to a deterioration in her dementia . My mom was becoming more and more aggressive towards the staff so I can't blame them for not wanting to visit . Dwell took over and I can honestly say we as s family are amazed of the care they provide . They are so gentle softly spoken and wonderful at their job . It has made our life easier having their support . I just want to thank the girls who work extremely hard with my mom who can be such hard work for them . I would 100% try them if your looking for a care provider for your loved one. Thank you again for being there for my mom without you who knows where we would all be. Janet Parks and family .

As a nurse myself, finding an agency that would meet my high expectations was always going to be a tall order. However, Dwell not only met these expectations but exceeded them. My father has dementia and Dwell assessed his needs and provided an individualised plan of care that catered to him perfectly. The professionalism and attention to detail this company and the carers provide, has been second to none. The staff genuinely care about the clients and relatives. When my father sees his carer, his face lights up and he loves having her look after him. This is so reassuring to us as a family to see the bond they both share. I highly recommend Dwell if you are looking for a care agency that puts its clients first.
