A few incidents. - shop is supposed to open at 9am. I went at 9.05am and shutters were up. I could see through the window a young girl on her phone who had the cheek to come over and say shop wasn't open yet. I was in a rush so went elsewhere. - ordered something for click and collect with 30min turnaround. Heard nothing until 3 days later with an email saying they've cancelled the order. Why take the order if the item is not in stocks? And why did I have to wait 3 days to be notified? I'll be using the Harborne branch instead from now on.
