        Rude staff. Staff said 5:30pm shuts, but the website and Google information say 6pm closing. Staff ignores requests for assistance, is not willing to speak properly, and is not willing to help. just being rude and trying to kick everyone out. The manager needs to retrain everyone in customer service. This is the worst store I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

        First time here as I usually shop at Boots. It will be my last time too. It's no coincidence that a lot of reviews here mention rude staff. Very true!They let the name down.

        Sign on the door clearly states that they are open till 6pm however upon arrival at 5.55pm I was turned away. The pharmacy is holding three months orth of my medication. I wonder if they have a duty of care policy or a dutynof cndor policy and are the times there simply for the fun of it.
