        Can always find what I need and the offers are good on some of the stuff perfumes are pricey never a decent discount.

        Staff need customer service training. I picked up an Olay scrub where all the range was reduced but was charged full price. I queried this at the till and had to wait while staff looked into this and advised that there is no price on that item, a card has not been typed up and they don't know where the scrub came from. I advised that the whole range is reduced but they kept repeating the same things as above to me. At no point did they offer to honour the price or apologise for the inconvenience as I then had to go through the whole refund process. It was a very matter of fact and you have to just accept it attitude. They looked blankly at me when I stated that surely an apology was required! I noticed most negative reviews mention customer service, obviously they don't seem to care here.
