Phone the number a few times, no one is answering the call. I wouldn't call them again.

BE WARNED! We had some work done a chap called John! Came across pleasant and knowledgeable! Always in a rush, would take jobs on, say he could start then only attend 2/3 hours and come back days later. We were clear what we wanted, hes not writing any thing down! This is deliberately so they can blame you when the job is not completed fully and ask for more money. John has done this to us a few times! We raised this and got a barrage of abuse and blamed us that we were unclear and not included in quote! He asks for payment straight away and then invoices later. Asked to repair all broken tiles front and back. He only replaced 4 and said I did not ask for all to be replaced. Asked for an outside light for which and left the floor board exposed! Painted one side of porch roof then asked him to paint all he said that wasnt in the quote! Left so much mess, debris and denied it too! Painted and left it patchy! Saying there was no heating! DO NOT PAY HIM ONLY AFTER YOU FULLY INSPECT IT AS HE ADDS ON MONEY AND IS VERY QUICK TO ASK FOR PAYMENT BUT WONT COME BACK WHEN YOU RAISE ISSUES AND BLAME YOU!! Zero rated! Services: Repair water fixtures, General repairs, Roof repair, Flooring repair, Painting, Tile work installation, Interior painting, Electrical work

Beware of this company took deposit for a job we booked them for, endless excuses not to start... ignored all calls...never replied to messages...would apologise and then do the same thing again...never genuine... gave them the benefit over and over again when said other job was over running, we were always polite and constantly having to text and call as never knew what was going on, only to be ignored even though messages were read, never answered a single phone call, but were happy to take a deposit and book us for a job. 6 weeks later still hadnt started and no sign of it ever starting. Still not returned the deposit despite eventually replying to say they would when we have decided to take it further. Don't end up with the stress, mess and anxiety we did by employing this company. Total waste of time . Genuine companies do not treat people like that. Another message sent telling us to not contact them again and take it further if not happy. Refund still not paid by them. Disgraceful In response to your reply I have sent this with the rest of my complaint as further proof o trading standards. You were blocked and deleted from my fb due to this . And my review is correct. Husband for an hour did not refund our money and neither did it do any work.
