Cure Hair

Really bad customer service. I called prior to an appointment to explain that I would be 5 minutes late and had been driving for 2 hours - there was a crash on the motorway. The woman told me I couldn't come to the appointment if I was going to be 5 minutes late. She had a really awful attitude and made me feel horrible. I was totally polite and she was practically shouting at me, never known anything like it in my life. Glad I didn't go in the end as I found a wonderful place up the road BLOW & BLUSH salon and they were amazing and lovely and I was so happy with what they did to my hair.

Really bad customer service and scheduling. I arrived 6 mins late for a 2:30pm appointment. Was told that they will only be able to give me a dry cut because I was late. One of the ladies was quite rude and accusatory which made me feel quite upset. They booked me in for a 30 min slot, but when questioned, they said they would need at least 45 mins for my appointment because my hair is long. Even if I was on time, there was no way they could've fit me in. I feel disappointed. I'm not normally one to post negative reviews, but I felt it was important that customers know that they may be messed around with. Real waste of my time.
