        Amazing... went today... my hair looks an feels amazing... Great advice and great service... been twice now and always made to feel welcome and had a lovely coffee highly recommended by me....

        It was my first time in the salon, although I booked for the wrong service staff were very friendly. Charlotte did a great job, explained me everything regarding colour and style. Very happy with my hair colour and cut I will be definitely going backThanks

        Charlotte was absolutely brilliant I will defiantly be seeing her again next month, prebooked my appointment already, recommended a fantastic shampoo I bought from the salon, jolly lady, well educated knows her stuff and she taught me so much, amazing at massaging the shampoo in too without ripping my hair out!         My daughter had her appointment with Georgia today. It was supposed to be a nice treat for her birthday. However she got home really upset. Her hair had been rushed. She asked for face framing & layers. Georgia was not professional at all & kept hinting she had another client. She had hardly cut anything, she quickly washed & trimmed it. She charged my daughter 40 for the ordeal. Later on we realised 50 had been taken out of her account. Dont trust this salon. She's only 16 and didn't have the confidence to complain at the time. I was appalled at the stylist behaviour. I only booked with this salon as I read such great reviews. I now have realised theyre all made up. Please don't waste your money going to this salon. My daughters birthday was spoilt by this horrible experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. Reply: I didnt come to the salon with my daughter she was with her friend. When she got home I couldn't notice much difference. It had only been trimmed and that wasn't a great job either. Her haircut was rushed. She's now been to another salon where they took time and cut it properly. She was charged 40 by Georgia for a quick wash and uneven trim. Georgia charged her 40 but actually took 50 from my daughters bank account. Definitely won't be returning back. This salon just cons customers & they didn't bother to ring us or compensate her money Avoid this awful salon!! Service: Hairstyling
