Was a bit apprehensive about going due to reviews and speaking on phone to a staff member who came across abrupt, met the member of staff who I had previously spoken to and she is a lovely lady. Just my luck that she had just previously spoken to a difficult customer before taking my call. As I mentioned my experience with her over the phone and she explained what had happened. Everyone is entitled to a bad day ! Saloon was peaceful and staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced and made me laugh had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Did my hair the way I wanted it. Was not rude or disrespectful in any shape or form. I've booked another appointment and this time I'm having the full experience. Wash, colour roots, interlock and style and I'm hoping that experience will be as good or better than my experience today....... Getting a parking space outside saloon is virtually impossible best to park on one of the side Roads Prices are reasonable not the cheapest but the styling I received today was worth every penny. They only take cash. They are not open on Mondays

Came here sometime in May. Didnt enjoy my experience. She was pretty rude, almost as if she wanted me to leave. Then when washing my hair, I was so uncomfortable but she only got annoyed when I tried adjusting. Never went back, been using someone else since who does a good job and also makes me feel at home.

I have had such a GREAT experience. Moya took such good care of my locs after I had neglected them for so long. My appointment was at 12pm and by 12.03pm, my hair was already being washed- no waiting around. I had a steam treatment too and my hairs never felt better. Moya took such great care and styled my hair beautifully after retwisting and drying it. Happy to share that my hair isnt too tight but it is secure. Highly recommend. Ive left looking good and feeling better. Service: Dreadlocks
