Absolutely shocking service from this hair saloon 1. Booked in advance and when my wife went down for patch test they refused any appointment was booked so she had to re-book. 2. Got a phone call from the saloon a few days before the booking from the saloon to confirm time of arrival as theres now 2 bookings for one person the previous one we booked and the new one. 3. Was quoted 158 over the phone for the service but on the day demanded 170. 4. Once the hair was coloured and highlighted they left patches of hair dye on the side of her face. 5. When my wife complained the stylists claimed shed been in the trade for 10yrs and its her fault for having long hair which was totally unacceptable. 6. No formal apology, never offered to clean up the mess on her face. The other assistant ran to get the wipes help clear the hair dye but the actual stylist didnt even offer anything. Never going back. Even a cheap hair saloon wouldnt do what this stylist did. Totally unprofessional. 7. Stylist claimed 10yrs experience but judging by her actions its showed the stylist was rushing or just left training school.

I went to go bananas in hall green for my 10 year old daughters haircut I was met with a very friendly stylist who was very welcoming However I was so unhappy with the haircut It looked like it had been cut by a child She did try to sort it out but I felt like it was beyond repair so I left it thinking I can't afford to let her loose on my child's hair anymore. I paid what she asked for as I'm not a confrontational person and had to then go to a different establishment to get it sorted, which worked out very expensive for me I'm not one to usually leave bad reviews but seeing my daughter in tears at her shoddy haircut is very upsetting. I was also told by numerous people that it looked ridiculous Service: Kids' cuts

Recently got my hair coloured for the first time along side my sister a couple of weeks after getting our hair dyed we looked after our hair used olaplex shampoos and began seeing the dye fade idk if they use temporary dye or what but paying 175 for a temporary dye that lasts a couple of weeks truly disappointed at the outcome as it was the first time getting my hair coloured at this place do not recommend if you want your hair dyed and want it to last you might aswell go somewhere else dont WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! On Saturday 11th March I had an appointment to get my hair cut done and I asked to get layers and face framing done . My hair was straightened and I could not tell that u have got done layers and face framing done . So I went back again to get it done the next day and yet u still can not tell . It just looks like a straight dead cut . Services: Hairstyling, Hair straightening, Curly hair

Lovely staff, we're great with my 4 year old daughters hair cut, friendly with her and made her feel comfortable. When she left she said to the stylist I'll be back for another haircut Also had my hair cut and I'm happy with it
