I never leave reviews but this had to be posted to for others to consider whilst making a decision. I have had my first balayage done from here. Were professional at first and I loved the outcome. However, after visiting twice the third time has let me down and havent been back since. I had my hair recently dyed red and I was told the colour would be long lasting as it was permanent. However, it did not even last 2 weeks (3 washes). Im so disappointed, not only did I pay ridiculous amount (more than actually getting it bleached the first time) I was definitely over charged for something so temporary. Not happy at all, I commuted all the way from yorkshire just for your service but its really let me down this time. The offers that are sent aren't even valid in person, even though it said recommend a friend thats a valid reason to use the voucher if someone forwarded it to you but on the day a friend that had forwarded a voucher was told to "bring a friend with you in person", which wasn't written anywhere!! I feel like the rules are bent whenever it is needed just so the service provided could be over charged, not professional at all. Should have clearly stated it on the offer instead of misleading customers. I usually bring along someone but the only time I didnt I was over charged just cause I was alone and im not the type to speak up they thought it was okay to pressurise me into believing the amount I'm paying is justified. I felt embarrassed as I couldn't publicly ask why she was overcharging after providing the service. It certainly didn't match the price I was given the first time when I asked if I was to ever re-colour how much would it be. Never went back. Service: Hair coloring

This was the worst hair dressing experience of my life. I regularly have my hair done so I am well aware of basic standards. This place is fully of amateurs and I wouldn't believe anyone that says otherwise. So unprofessional. I usually never write reviews but feel I have to warn others. I would stay well away until they get some qualified staff that know what they are doing. I also gave them a second chance after my first bad experience as they invited me back. Never again. Im quite new to this salon so far Im pleased with the experience. They offer a wide range of treatments under one roof,the staff are amazing,very friendly,will definitely recommend and will be going there again.
