The technique she used to ensure my hair roots are well maintained all through and not thin, gave me so much delight and reassurance that her work is so much more than pay.         Spending time with Fran and her daughter in their home while they were working on my locks was a refreshing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and the service was excellent. The work done was far better that I expected and I look forward to going back for locks maintenance. I followed the locks care guidance from Fran and my locks have stayed intact and still look good after the first eight weeks. Thank you Fran for your excellent work and positive attitude.
