        If strongman or powerlifting is your thing then this is definitely a great place to check out. Have trained here a few times myself, all the equipment needed to train for strongman/powerlifting etc. Great atmosphere. Owner Paul is always there to answer any questions or queries and will always give you the extra push to help achieve your goals. If you're in or around the West Midlands area, come and check it out, you wont regret it.
