The best CrossFit box in the West Midlands!! One month in after not being in a box from March 2020. I have been made to feel so welcome. I was a bit nervous but instantly put at ease. The coaches are attentive, supportive and really want you to get the best from each workout. The environment is good and lots of options for you to customise to your skill base. I cant recommend enough ! Update - Ive been a member 12 months plus .. its the best box in the West Midlands. Professional, well run, excellent coaches , the members are really ace. I cant say anything more to say how good it is .
