I met Karl at his Friday clinic at Heatwave in Worcester. After not gaining the desired results from having (many) anti wrinkle treatments before, Karl spent the time giving a superb, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate consultation and really listened to my wants and needs and gave some real, realistic potential results and explained the risks. On the day of my treatment Karl was incredible and I can not fault him at all, extremely professional practice. The result I saw following anti wrinkle treatment have left me astonished, giving me better results than Ive ever seen before. I was so impressed with the results (and Karl himself) that I have now had further treatments and have future bookings with him.

After contacting Karl about anti wrinkle treatment, I quickly realised that he had a wealth or knowledge and experience and after an initial consultation I didn't hesitate in booking in to have my treatment. Karl made me feel completely at ease and talked me through every step including the after care. WOW is all I can say.
