        Trained here for 8 yrs and I love it. Class is for all women and is very welcoming. The coaches are very approachable and offer a wealth of knowledge of the the sport, along with the necessary technical and physical aspects.

        I'm sure it's a great place to train but for a woman for religious purposes I wouldn't attend the class as it is coached by a male and female and that would make me feel uncomfortable, it looks good online etc just not for me.
