        Fatima is the first PT I've ever had. She is friendly, supportive and works closely with you to achieve your goals. The sessions are varied and well balanced. The fitness studio itself is lovely- clean, big enough for PT sessions with a variety of equipment and parking is plentiful.

        Ive been training twice weekly with Fatima for the past few months. She has so much energy and genuine enthusiasm in helping me realise my goals that even on lazy days she would motivate me to push harder. I feel much stronger and fitter as a result. She is so friendly and puts me at ease at all time. Would highly recommend!
