F45 Birmingham Central UK

Unless you've been hiding in a cave you'll have heard of F45. This gym from Australia has taken the world by storm and rightly so. It's a cheat sheet on getting the fittest you've ever been. Not 5 stars due to no relaxation facility e.g. jacuzzi/spa but you can always go to a general gym if you need want that as part of a blended gym programme.

I joined 3 weeks ago and F45 has made me love working out. The entire team are so nice, motivating and push you to limits you never knew you had. There constant encouragement pushes you for PBs. Workouts are always different every day and the fact I dont need to think about what Im doing as the whole session is planned out for me is perfect. The best gym I have ever been to. Physically and mentally I feel fitter already!

Genuinely the best form of training I have ever done. All the trainers are fantastic, encouraging and really push you to get the most out of each workout. The equipment and facilities are all top notch, clean and well maintained. You get so much out of each session and leaves you wanting to come back each and every day. From someone who has only ever done traditional weight lifting routines with minimal cardio, F45 combines everything to get the most out of each session. Thanks all, looking forward to many more!
