        Excellent local gym with good facilities including a sauna and cardio machines as well as self defence classes including karate boxing and wrestling. Shower and toilet facilities also available at the venue. The guys behind the counter are also class and humble, much respect to the boss shahid also a very funny and humble person with time on his hands for anyone that needs it!!

        Alhumdulillah very good gym with all equipment required, only two issues for me ,showers are sometimes cold and restricted parking.
