Been going there when they were in stoney lane thats like 14 years ago so thats should say how i like it.......UPDATE to what i have heard new owners but are there new opening timetables been coming every week to see if they have reopened.....i train after midnight so if anyone reads please give info.......UPDATE been training there a little while now still BRILLIANT (tried a few gyms recently) only thing i would change is the SHOWERS the choice of having HOT OR COLD SHOWERS and ABLE TO TURN THEM OFF WHEN I AM FINISHED (sorry caps just to outline not shouting) and not constantly pressing the button

Very good and clean gym: It is open from 6AM and closes at 1AM so it is open for very long which is very usefull for anybody on a tight schedule. Staff is very friendly and helpful and are always willing to give a helping hand. The atmosphere is overall very pleasant not too laid back and not too judgy or offensive. A very wide range of machinery I can confirm there would be things you haven't ever even seen before and very clean facilities and even has a steam room sauna and showers. Also very clean area upstairs with a floating cage in the middle.
