The lady that supposed to manager is so rude.clearly lacking experience in customer service. If it wasnt for other staff members Id give 0 starts.

Whenever I visit Harborne I've always tried to give this shop the benefit of the doubt and just assume the staff are having a bad day but I will not be going there anymore...the ladies behind the till really are a miserable lot and can't even crack a smile! The prices have also gone up considerably compared to other fruit and veg shops, shame.

Fantastic fruitier with so much choice its hard to believe. Such low prices too! The staff are always worth mentioning asking if I need help and are very much at the top of their game. Ive been shopping here for years and will continue to do so.

Don't use this shop we bought a plant from there which was no good went back to the shop showed manageress picture said come back next week my wife went back and said she wasn't going to refund us the 5 my wife has worked in retail all her life absolutely disgusting will not use this shop again!!!!.
